Who we are
Riviera Projects SE is a Dubai-based specialist consultancy dedicated to marina, yacht club and waterfront development. Founded in 2023 by Dr Fabiana Maccarini, the firm advises operators, developers, investors and public authorities across the Gulf, the Mediterranean, Africa and Asia.
The practice covers the full asset life cycle: strategy and positioning, market and demand analysis, feasibility and business planning, concept and design advisory, operating model definition, and commercial activation.
Riviera Projects works as the lead advisor and assembles a dedicated team for each mandate from a network of associate firms and senior experts in valuation, marina operations, yacht club management and sailing programmes.
