Monaco-based boutique advisory and investment firm founded in 2021, dedicated to the luxury goods and services sector. Its Marine division focuses on superyacht marinas and luxury waterfront ecosystems, supporting owners and developers from project vision and feasibility through financing, execution and operations.

Led by its three directors: Valentina Nacinovich, Managing Director, in superyacht and luxury projects for UHNWIs since 2009 (MSc Mechanical Eng. and Naval Architecture, Executive MBA Finance at LBS); Gene Zolotarev, Finance Director, 20+ years in investment banking and asset management; Yann Lizot, Development Director, 18+ years in waterfront infrastructure development and investment. The platform collaborates with Riviera Projects to support marina and waterfront investment pipelines.

Luxury Vanguard builds the capital and lifestyle ecosystem around the marina: investment memorandum and financial modelling, strategic investor and partner sourcing across debt, equity and grants, transaction advisory and due diligence, and the integration of hospitality, membership clubs, wellness and yachting lifestyle businesses. Luxury Vanguard’s Yachting division represents clients in their superyacht new-build and refit journey, giving direct insights on berth demand, as well as service level and infrastructure design tailored to large yachts.
